Description summary:
For our Help Desk Department in Bulgaria, we are looking for a positive and technically oriented individual to take over this key support role in the office. The IT support specialist will troubleshoot all network and computer problems, provide technical assistance to all team members by identifying and solving issues, installing new software, updating content in our website and performing other duties as assigned. Working in a small team of specialists, this person will report to the Help Desk Supervisor.
