Training Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking for a managerial position and although primarily based in Sofia, will involve extensive European travel.

Job Profile:

Reporting directly to the Chairman of the company, your main responsibilities will include preparation and provision of clinical operations trainings according to the company training matrix, coaching Clinical Operations Managers in their mentoring activity and training GCP. You will also be expected to analyse the needs of staff development requirements, commit to the development of productivity measuring tool and assist in the increase of work efficiency. You will also have the chance to design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity via external provider(s).

Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will hold a minimum of Life Science Degree. Previous trainer experience in the clinical trials sector will be considered as an advantage. With your sound knowledge and expertise of a minimum of 4 years in clinical trials, including monitoring, you will match the profile of the ideal candidate. A born communicator, both written and verbal you will be confident when dealing with people at all levels and you will possess excellent presentation and listening skills. You must be computer literate, with strong Excel, PowerPoint and Graphics skills.
